One Thing Coffee opened winter of 2023, an unexpected cafe tucked away in the heart of Little Tokyo serving up some of most heart-felt, quality cups of coffee in the city, quickly becoming the community’s one thing that is needed.

The owners started the cafe inspired by the verse, Luke 10:42 “But few things are needed—or indeed only one.”
Their vision was to create coffee that would spread love around the city and create sanctuaries of rest. They sought a brand identity that would capture the heart behind their quality drinks.
